Problem with LA Payee page

Problem Description

Staff persons from LA County can't edit LA Payee page for Supervised Independent Living Placement (SILP) homes after it has been saved to database.

Solution

The application has been modified to allow update of the LA Payee page for SILP Placement Homes if the logged on user is from LA county.

CWS/CMS Users please note:

  • It is strongly recommended that the user log off the application each night to insure that they are working with the latest version of the application. The release will be delivered to the workstation when the user logs on and does not require any further action to be taken. The user is not required to restart their workstation.
  • It is recommended that the install of Interim Release 6.7.1 occur via the office network, as opposed to a remote connection.
  • The following step can be taken to check that the Interim Release has been delivered to the workstation.
    • From the Control Panel in CWS/CMS, click on Help > About. The version will be 6.7.1.
  • Users that are logged onto the system when the release arrives will not be using the new code at their workstation until the next time they log on.
  • Unlike major releases, Interim Release 6.7.1 will NOT be using a full installation package and there is no outage.
